I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), licensed since 1990. With online sessions also available, it can be easier to fit counseling into a full week.
I help couples rebuild communication and trust, support families through hard seasons, and work with adults and teens (13 and up) facing anxiety, depression, grief and major life changes. Sessions are 60 minutes, and online sessions can be joined from any private space in Texas.
